It's Darwin versus the Bible. Both theories seem to have taken a foothold in society. Darwin is known to have rejected his theory later in his life, but many have decided to believe it anyway. Many find it hard to believe that life is a gift from an intelligent supernatural being that rules and controls the universe. What is the TRUE origin of mankind? *

I believe man was created by the Almighty GOD- creater of the universe. Genesis tells the story better; well it's not just a story but a fact. Think of it this way- behind every complex machinery today, there is a maker. Cars, tv's, computers, watches( list can go on) didnt just pop out of nowhere! Now consider the most fascinating piece of machinery- the human being. If a car has a maker, what about a human being!! The knowledge of our origin is the only key to our destiny! No wonder the bible begins with the beautiful account of our ORIGIN...( pliz feel free to post your comments or questions) *

What does the Bible teach us about creation? God is the Creator. It's in the Bible, Genesis 1:1, NIV. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
God reveals Himself through creation. It's in the Bible. Psalm 19:1, NIV. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.
Creation points to God's existence and our responsibility. It's in the Bible, Romans 1:20, NIV. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualitiesHis eternal power and divine naturehave been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
God spoke the world into existence. It's in the Bible, Psalm 33:6,9, NIV. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood firm.
